We’re big fans of meeting face to face where we can keep things focused, personal and confidential, even at 1.5m apart. And while a video call can be a great alternative for a briefing or meeting, we prefer a real-life chat. Because it’s not just about what you say. We also like to get a feel for your energy and body language. And those things tend to disappear or fade away when there’s a screen in between. So in order to keep using all our ‘senses’ to get to know you and get to work with you, our sofa (and our coffee) are things we’d rather not digitise.
We like to see our relationship with you as something long term. And that’s why we really want to get to know you. Even if you’re not actively looking for a new job at the moment, you’re always welcome at Senses. It’s always good to talk and hear how things are going. Because the better we know you and your DNA, the better placed we are to guide you in the direction of jobs that fit you like a glove. And employers with whom things just click. Because we only work for clients we ourselves have a good feeling about (we have our principles!) and where we’re sure you can grow and flourish.
We are good at listening and know when to let you do all the talking. We may be a tad eccentric, and are known to go against the flow from time to time.
